Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Cancellation
Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A valid credit card may be required to guarantee your booking. Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate type selected. Standard cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid a one-night charge.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2:00 PM). Check-out time is by 12:00 (12:00 PM). Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Hotel Rules
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and other guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest responsible.
4. Liability
Safranbolu Park Hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings left in guest rooms or public areas. We recommend using the in-room safes for valuables.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the courts of Karabük/Safranbolu.
